MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM MY HOME TO YOURS

I love the Christmas season.  For most people it is the busiest time of the year, but for my family it has been a time to sit back and relax and focus of the birth of Christ.  I have to confess, I do begin to decorate right before Thanksgiving and I am usually finished before December even begins.  Another thing I do is make a list and stick to it.  Once I buy everything on the list I'm done.  That alleviates the temptation  to continue shopping until I'm either exhausted or broke.  So come on in for a cup of tea and visit with me for a while.

This is my favorite Christmas tea set, I love the holly pattern.

This is the family room where most of the home is decorated.  I love to come in here at night and turn on just the Christmas lights and listen to Christmas music.  I bought a new cd this year that is only music.  aahh so relaxing.

This is the foyer of the house.  Yes I have a Christmas tree in my foyer.  I wanted the first thing you see when you enter to be a tree.

This is the same foyer but looking into the formal living room.  Randy calls this the trifecta of trees, because no matter where you stand you can see three trees at all times.

This is my little snowman village.  The lights actually blink, it is so festive.

Even the bedroom gets a little decorating

I couldn't resist adding stockings to the fireplace in the bedroom and yes that is yet ANOTHER tree.
