Graduation

June 11, 2014 marks an end of an era for me and my husband.  Our last child has graduated.  It simply doesn't seem possible.  We even extended this day by making him take Kindergarten AND TK1 in false hopes that we could prolong the day.  But alas, time marches on and the day has come. I could not be more proud of my son.  Not only did he graduate with Honors, he also picked up some pretty impressive awards along the way. Here Garrett is receiving the principals award. This time Garrett has picked up the Class of  69' scholarship.  That's always a good thing. But even more importantly he has been awarded the Fayetteville Terry Sandford Cup for outstanding contribution to both his school and his community. So here we are watching another one of our sons finish this phase of his life and prepare to enter college. Then, it finally struck me that Randy and I will, for the first time since 1985, be alone in our home....
